Tzatziki

Ingredients:

  • 2 Small cucumbers, peeled, seeded & diced
  • 250 g Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 tsp White pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and sugar to taste

  • Method:
    1. Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and pepper in a bowl.  Blend yogurt mixture until smooth.
    2. Dry cucumbers by patting with paper towels. Add cucumbers and dill to the yogurt mixture. Season with salt and sugar to taste.
