汤种全麦圈

材料:

面团
  • 180克 汤种
  • 160毫升 白脱奶,微温
  • 50克 玉米油
  • 1个 大号鸡蛋
  • 50克 原砂糖
  • 7克 海盐
  • 220克 面包粉
  • 250克 全麦面粉
  • 10克 速效干酵母
  • Crust 罂粟籽馅
  • 100克 黄油,融化
  • 80克 黄砂糖
  • 2个 小号鸡蛋
  • 200克 罂粟籽粉
  • 100克 牛奶
  • 2大勺 杏仁碎,随好

  • 做法:
    1. 将面团材料按照列出的顺序放入面包机内。选择面团档,按开始即可。
    2. 准备馅料。黄油和黄砂糖打发后,逐步加入鸡蛋打匀。加入罂粟籽粉和牛奶拌匀。
    3. 面包机搅拌好面团后,取出面团放到洒了少许面粉的工作台上,稍微揉擀。然后用擀面杖将其擀成1厘米左右厚长方块。铺上备好的馅料,抹匀。如同做蛋糕卷那样,将面团从长的一端卷起,捏紧接口。再连接两端成一圆圈。
    4. 烤盘铺纸,放上面包圈。用剪刀每隔一寸左右剪出切口,然后将每个切口往上翻。盖上保鲜膜室温醒发1小时直到其双倍大。烤箱预热至180C/350F。面包圈刷上蛋液洒上杏仁碎。烘焙35分钟直到金黄。
