烤花菜配银鱼汁和面包丁

材料:

  • 烤花菜
  • 1头/450克 花菜
  • 4大勺 橄榄油
  • 海盐和鲜磨黑椒
  • 1大勺 新鲜欧芹末
  • 面包丁
  • 3片 乡村面包,去皮切丁
  • 2小勺 橄榄油
  • 海盐
  • 银鱼汁
  • 1粒 蒜头
  • 1/2大勺 鲜榨柠檬汁
  • 4条 橄榄油浸泡的银鱼柳
  • 3大勺 橄榄油

  • 做法:
    1. 烤箱预热至190C/375F。花菜掰成小朵,放入大盆里,淋上橄榄油,加盐和黑椒调味。烤盘铺上烤纸,将花菜单层摊放在上面。送入烤箱烤至上色且熟透,大概35分钟。
    2. 面包切丁放入一个平底盘,淋上橄榄油和海盐。放入烤箱烤15分钟直到松脆。
    3. 蒜头放入一个研钵内,用研磨棒捣成泥。浇入柠檬汁静置10分钟。银鱼柳稍微切碎,加入研钵内一并磨成浓稠状。淋入橄榄油调成流动状的浓稠酱汁。
    4. 花菜烤好后入盘,淋上银鱼汁,洒上欧芹末和脆面包丁,趁热食用。
