木瓜斯佩尔特麦片切块

材料:

  • 100克 木瓜干,切丁
  • 50克 杏仁,切碎
  • 50克 杏仁粉
  • 1大勺 亚麻籽
  • 100克 斯佩尔特麦片
  • 30克 黄油,融化
  • 50克 原蔗糖
  • 100克 蜂蜜
  • 1小勺 橙汁

  • 做法:
    1. 长条面包模铺纸备用。木瓜丁,杏仁,亚麻籽和斯佩尔特麦片放入一盆里。
    2. 黄油放入锅里,加热融化后加入原蔗糖,蜂蜜和橙汁。煮沸后降低火候小煮至其成焦糖状。
    3. 锅离火,倒入斯佩尔特麦片材料拌匀。倒入备好的模子。盖上塑料膜压紧。冷却20分钟后再切块。
