巧克力蛋白饼干

材料:

  • 210克 糖粉
  • 80克 碱化可可粉
  • 1/4小勺 食盐
  • 100克 巧克力细粒
  • 120克 杏仁,切碎
  • 100克 糖姜肉,切丁
  • 5个 蛋白
  • 2大勺 香草精

  • 做法:
    1. 准备两个烤盘铺纸备用。烤箱预热至180C/350F。
    2. 糖粉,可可粉和食盐放入盆里混合均匀。加入巧克力粒,杏仁,和糖姜肉。然后加入蛋白和香草精。用木勺拌湿所有材料即可。
    3. 用小勺子勺取材料放入备好的烤盘内,饼干间留出大概1寸距离。送入烤箱烘焙至饼干周圈凝固,但中心还很软,大概15分钟。取出饼干原盘晾5分钟,然后移到钢架上凉透。
