蜂蜜花生仁块

材料:

  • 饼底表层
  • 40克 无盐烤花生仁
  • 100克 砂糖
  • 320克 斯佩尔特点心粉
  • 1/2小勺 泡打粉
  • 1/2小勺 桌盐
  • 150克 冰黄油,且成1/2寸块
  • 1个 大号鸡蛋,打匀
  • 120克 黄糖
  • 80克 无盐黄油
  • 4大勺 蜂蜜
  • 1/2小勺 桌盐
  • 2大勺 淡奶,室温
  • 350克 盐烤花生仁

  • 做法:
    1. 烤架置于烤箱中层,预热至180C/350F。一个9x13寸的烤盘喷油后铺上烤纸备用。
    2. 准备饼底。花生仁和砂糖打成粉。和面粉,泡打粉,和盐一起放入搅拌盆内拌匀。切入黄油用手指将其搓成粗糠状。加入打散的鸡蛋直到面团成型。
    3. 饼底烘烤时,可以准备表层。将黄糖,黄油,蜂蜜和盐放入中锅,中大火加热,不时搅拌,将其煮开。然后倒入淡奶,再次煮开。熄火后倒入花生仁拌匀。
    4. 面团放入烤盘内,用手尖将其压成1/4寸厚,1寸高的饼底。饼底用叉尖叉满小孔。
    5. 送入烤箱烘焙15-20分钟直到中心和周圈淡金黄色。取出放在架上晾凉。
    6. 将备好的花生仁材料倒入饼底,铺匀。倾斜一下烤盘,让花生仁摊匀到饼底四周。送回烤箱烤20分钟直到中心有金黄色的泡泡鼓起。
    7. 取出后晾10分钟。用刀子沿烤盘周圈滑动,让饼底脱离烤盘。完全凉透后切成16小块。饼干放入保鲜盒,常温下能保鲜3-5天。
