老姜辣味胡萝卜

材料:

  • 400克 胡萝卜
  • 10克 姜,削皮切细
  • 1粒 蒜头,去皮切细
  • 1支 迷碟香针,切碎
  • 1个 橙子,取皮榨汁
  • 1大勺 橄榄油
  • 适量 盐和胡椒
  • 1大勺 白葡萄醋
  • 装饰用欧芹叶

  • 做法:
    1. 胡萝卜洗净后削皮,然后将其切成3寸左右的长条。老姜和蒜头削皮后切细。辣椒切开去籽切细。迷碟香针也切碎。
    2. 橙子用热水洗净抹干。取皮切细条,果肉榨汁。橄榄油入锅加热,放入切好的姜蒜,辣椒和迷碟香。翻炒1分钟。
    3. 放入切好胡萝卜条,橙皮和橙汁。中火加热,不时翻动,煮熟胡萝卜条。加盐,胡椒和白葡萄醋调味。入盘洒上欧芹叶装饰。
