三文鱼鸡蛋牛油果开胃菜

材料:

  • 3个 大号鸡蛋
  • 1大勺 酸奶油
  • 1大勺 新鲜小葱或是青葱
  • 盐和鲜磨黑椒
  • 20克 调和油
  • 1/2个 牛油果,切丁
  • 1/2大勺 柠檬汁
  • 4片 烟熏三文鱼
  • 3-4片 英式麦芬,全麦面包或是德式黑面包,烤香

  • 做法:
    1. 鸡蛋壳入碗里,加入酸奶油,小葱和调味,打匀。调和油入不沾锅,中低火加热。倒入蛋液煎至刚凝,大概2-3分钟。
    2. 面包放入土司机内烤香。牛油果放入碗里,用叉子捣碎,加柠檬汁,盐和胡椒调味。抹在面包片上。放上备好的鸡蛋。然后放上三文鱼片。随好用少许小葱装饰即可。
