迷碟香芝士烤蘑菇

材料:

  • 1个 柠檬
  • 1大勺 鲜迷碟香,切碎
  • 25毫升 橄榄油
  • 300克 白蘑菇,切片
  • 20克 意大利帕米占芝士
  • 盐和鲜磨黑椒

  • 做法:
    1. 柠檬用热水洗净。柠檬表面的黄色表皮用擦子擦下,压榨出柠檬汁备用。切好的迷碟香,柠檬皮末,和橄榄油放入碗里调匀。
    2. 烤箱预热至200C/400F。蘑菇处理干净后切片。放入烤盘内,淋入一半调好的橄榄油汁。加盐和黑椒调味。
    3. 送入烤箱烤10分钟,洒上帕米占芝士碎,继续烤5分钟直到芝士淡金黄。取出后淋上另一半橄榄油汁和些许柠檬汁。
