蒸麦谷粒芒果核桃沙拉

材料:

  • 130克 蒸麦谷粒
  • 500毫升 水
  • 1大勺 洋葱,切碎
  • 1粒 蒜头,切细
  • 2大勺 青葱,切细
  • 250克 芒果,切丁
  • 1大把 烤核桃,切碎
  • 1大勺 鳄梨果油
  • 海盐和鲜磨黑椒

  • 做法:
    1. 蒸麦谷粒洗净。水入锅烧沸,放入洗净的蒸麦谷粒,煮开后,火候调低,上盖焖煮20分钟。蒸麦谷粒煮软,但不能成糊状。
    2. 滤干后将蒸麦谷粒放入一个大碗。拌入洋葱碎,蒜末,青葱,芒果丁,核桃和鳄梨果油。兜匀后加盐和黑椒调味即可食用。也可以冷藏后再食用。
