杏仁意大利饺

材料:

  • 225克 中粉
  • 70克 糖粉
  • 1小撮 食盐
  • 125克 黄油,切小块
  • 1个 鸡蛋
  • 1小勺 香草精
  • 100克 杏仁膏,切小块
  • 1小勺 橙味酒
  • 1个 蛋黄
  • 1大勺 牛奶
  • 25克 白巧克力(随好)
  • 25克 黑巧克力(随好)

  • 做法:
    1. 面粉,50克糖粉和食盐 混合筛入盆里。加入黄油,鸡蛋和香草精。混合成团后用保鲜膜包好冷藏1小时。
    2. 杏仁膏,余下的糖粉,杏仁和橙味酒放入一个小碗里,搅拌均匀备用。
    3. 从冰箱里取出面团,放在洒上面粉的台面上。将其擀薄,切出50片2寸大小的方块。蛋黄和牛奶调匀备用。烤箱预热至190C/375F。
    4. 一半饼干方块刷上蛋液。放上一小勺杏仁馅。盖上另一半方块。用叉子将边缘压紧及压成均匀的花样。烘焙15-20分钟直到淡金黄。巧克力分别融化后淋在饼干表面上。
