意醋蜂蜜核桃烤小甘蓝

材料:

  • 700克 小甘蓝,切除根蒂
  • 1个 红葱头,切细
  • 2大勺 橄榄油
  • 2-3大勺 意大利醋
  • 1/2大勺 蜂蜜
  • 2-3支 百里香
  • 盐和鲜磨黑椒
  • 2大勺 烤核桃,切碎
  • 1大勺 红石榴果粒

  • 做法:
    1. 烤箱预热至200C/400F。掰除小甘蓝的外层,切去根茎,切对半。红葱头切细和小甘蓝一起放入烤盘内。
    2. 橄榄油,意醋和蜂蜜放入小碗里调匀。和百里香一起加入小甘蓝内兜匀。加盐和黑椒调味。
    3. 放入烤箱20分钟烤熟小甘蓝,且表面呈淡焦色。烘烤过程中,要翻炒两次,这样受热才会均匀。取出后,加入切碎的烤核桃和红石榴果粒。即可食用。
