肉桂斯佩尔特面包圈

材料:

面团肉桂馅
  • 125毫升 牛奶,微温
  • 1个 小蛋黄
  • 30克 核桃油
  • 1大勺 枫糖浆
  • 100克 斯佩尔特全麦粉
  • 200克 斯佩尔特面粉
  • 7克 即溶干酵母
  • 50克 黄油,融化晾凉
  • 3大勺 砂糖
  • 2小勺 肉桂粉
  • 2大勺 杏仁片,随好
  • 适量 糖粉,随好

  • 做法:
    1. 牛奶,蛋黄,核桃油和枫糖浆放入面包机内。加入面粉和干酵母。选择面团搅拌档。
    2. 晾凉的黄油,砂糖和肉桂粉放入小碗拌匀。工作台洒上少许面粉,面团搅拌完成后,取出放在工作台上。稍微揉匀。
    3. 将面团分半。用擀面棍将每份面团擀成1厘米厚的长方片。每份长方块抹上1/3的肉桂黄油材料,留出1厘米左右周边不要抹。然后将其卷成长条状,捏紧边缘封口。纵向将其切半,但不要完全切断,留5厘米左右不要切。
    4. 将切面朝上,编成麻花状,切面要朝上,露出肉桂馅。两端连接成圆圈状。放在铺纸的烤盘上。
    5. 将余下的肉桂黄油馅刷在面团表面。随好洒上杏仁片。烤箱预热至190C/375F。面包送入烤箱烘焙20分钟直到金黄。取出后洒上糖粉。
