巧克力花生酥饼

材料:

花生酥饼干
  • 30克 无盐黄油
  • 40克 中粉
  • 30克 砂糖
  • 60克 无盐花生仁,一半切碎
  • 115克 无盐黄油
  • 115克 砂糖
  • 20克 顺滑花生酱
  • 1个 大鸡蛋
  • 160克 中粉
  • 20克 碱化可可粉
  • 1/2小勺 泡打粉
  • 100克 70%半甜巧克力,切碎

  • 做法:
    1. 烤箱预热至190C/375F。准备俩烤盘铺上烤纸备用。准备花生酥层。混合面粉和砂糖,切入黄油,用手搓成粗粒状。加入花生拌好备用。
    2. 黄油,砂糖和花生酱打发,加入鸡蛋打匀。筛入面粉,可可粉和泡大粉,然后加入切碎的巧克力。拌成柔软的饼干糊。
    3. 饼干糊揉成20个小球,间隔放入烤盘内。将小球按扁,表面洒上些许花生酥。送入烤箱烘焙10-12分钟直到表面酥脆金黄。取出后晾5分钟后移到钢架上晾凉。
