Birthday Cookies / 庆生曲奇饼


Ingredients / 材料:
  • 120 g German #405 flour
  • 30 g Okara, toasted
  • 100 g Almond, ground
  • 50 g Caster sugar
  • 1 pack / 8 g Vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Marzipan
  • 150 g Unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 120克 德国#405面粉
  • 30克 豆渣,焙干
  • 100克 杏仁粉
  • 50克 细砂糖
  • 1小包/8克 香草糖
  • 100克 杏仁糕
  • 150克 无盐牛油,室温
  • 1个 蛋黄

Method / 做法:
  1. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl. Add in toasted okara, ground almond, caster sugar and vanilla sugar. Cut in the marzipan and butter. Add in egg yolk and blend all of them into a dough. Wrap with a cling film and chill for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175C/350F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Lightly dust your work surface with flour. Roll the dough out to 3mm thick. Arrange the text of congratulations on the cutter and cut out the cookies on the prepared baking tray. Bake in the middle of preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool them on a wire rack.
  1. 面粉过筛放入盆里,加入烘干的豆渣,杏仁粉,砂糖和香草糖混合。杏仁糕和牛油切小块加入,最后加入蛋黄拌成团。用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱松弛1小时。
  2. 烤箱预热至175C/350F。烤盘铺纸备用。台面上洒上少许手粉,放上面团。将其擀成3毫米厚的片状。饼干模排好所需文字,印出饼干排在备好的烤盘上。入预热好的烤箱中层烘焙10-12分钟。取出后架上晾凉。
