Blueberry Mini Torte / ݮ


Ingredients / :
  • 1 pack / 6 Coppenrath Wiener-torteletts
  • 50 g Roasted hazelnut, chopped
Blueberry Filling:
  • 1 tbsp Gelatin granules
  • 2 tbsp Cold water
  • 150 g Blueberries
  • 200 g Ricotta
  • 45 g White sugar
  • 200 g Heavy cream
  • 6 С

Method / :
  1. In a blender, puree the blueberries and ricotta. Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Soften gelatin in some cold water, then dissolve it over hot water and stir into the blueberry mixture. Stir the mixture until it begins to thicken. Whip heavy cream into stiff peaks and fold into blueberry mixture.
  3. Chill the mixture for 1 hour and evenly fill with 6 mini torten. Top with some chopped roasted hazelnuts and enjoy!
