 Stir-fried Cabbage With Dried Shrimps / º£Ã×¾íÐIJË


Ingredients / ²ÄÁÏ:
  • 250 g Cabbage
  • 50 g Carrot, sliced / optional
  • 15 g Dried shrimps
  • 80 ml Water
  • 1 stalk Spring onion chunks
  • 2 slice Ginger root, shredded
  • ½ tsp Chicken powder
  • 1/3 tsp White sugar
  • 1 tsp Light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Jiafan rice wine
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Starchy solution
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • Drops of sesame oil
  • 250¿Ë ¾íÐIJË
  • 50¿Ë ºúÂܲ·Æ¬£¨ËæºÃ£©

Method / ×ö·¨:
  1. Clean and cut cabbage into pieces. Bring a pot of water to boil and blanch carrots and cabbage briefly. Drain.
  2. Heat oil in a work over medium-high heat. Add ginger and onion and stir fry until fragrant. Add in shrimps, cabbage and carrots. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes. Then stir in rice wine, soya sauce, water, chicken powder and sugar. Bring to boil. Season with salt, thicken with starchy solution and splash with drops of sesame oil. Serve immediately.
