- 60 g All-purpose flour
- 1 stalk Spring onion, finely chopped
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
- ¾ tsp Salt
- 1 pc Egg
- 1 tbsp Dried shrimps
- 1 tbsp Milk

Method / ×ö·¨:
- Place soybean crumbs in a mixing bowl, then add in the rest of ingredients. Blend thoroughly until you obtained a thick mixture.
- Heat up a skillet with some oil and scoop in about 2 tablespoons of batter pan-fry until brown on both sides.
