Homemade Soymilk / 家庭自制豆浆


Ingredients / 材料:
  • 1 cup Soybeans
  • 6-8 cup Water
  • White sugar to taste
  • 1杯 黄豆
  • 6-8杯 水
  • 适量 白砂糖

Method / 做法:
  1. Soak soybeans in water for over 6 hours, over night preferred. However if you are going to soak them longer than that put them in the refrigerator, they will be good for about a week if you do that.
  2. Grind the soaked soybeans and water in a blender. Sieve the mixture and cook in a pot until boiled. Flavour with some sugar and cook another 5-10 minutes. After cooling, the soy milk is ready and can be kept in the fridge for another 3 days.

  1. 黄豆加水浸泡6小时以上,最好是隔夜浸泡。如果你要泡上几天的话,那么放在冰箱保存为佳。放到冰箱里能保存大约1个星期。 连豆带水一并放入搅拌机内打碎成豆浆。
  2. 将豆浆过滤隔渣后入大锅烧滚,然后加入适量砂糖再煮5-10分钟左右即可饮用。冷却后放到冰箱保存3天左右。
