Steamed Fish Fillets With Preserved Cabbage / ¶¬²ËÕôÓãÁø


Ingredients / ²ÄÁÏ:
  • 2 pcs Fish fillets
  • Some preserved cabbage
  • 50 g Ground pork
  • 1 stalk Spring onion, chopped
  • 1+½ tbsp Salad oil
  • 1 tbsp Light soya sauce
  • ½ tsp Jiafan rice wine
  • ¼ tsp Chicken powder
Marinade:
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1/5 tsp White pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp Chicken powder
  • 1 tsp Jiafan rice wine
  • 2¼þ ÓãÁø
  • ÊÊÁ¿ ¶¬²Ë
  • 50¿Ë ÈâÃÓ

Method / ×ö·¨:
  1. Defrost the fish fillets, clean and cut into 3 pieces. Dry them with the kitchen paper and mix in the marinade and let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat up a skillet with half tablespoon of oil. Add in preserved cabbage and ground meat and stir. Sprinkle the rice wine and flavour with chicken powder. Stir briefly and dish off.
  3. Place the fish in a steam plate, top with the ground meat and preserved cabbage. Steam fish for 8 minutes over the high heat. Add in chopped onion. Heat up one tablespoon of oil and mix with light soya sauce. Pour over the fish and serve hot.
